Think about what was going on during those two respective periods. During the gap with no press releases, there was literally nothing to report. We had submitted our package to the FDA in response to their request for additional information and we were waiting. The ball was in their court. Imaging3 was not doing anything to report on except for waiting for an answer from the FDA. What would that PR have said? "Still waiting."
Now, the ball is back in Imaging3's court. The new FDA review team had a few more follow-up requests. Now, Dean and Co. are working around the clock to get the package ready to get back to the FDA. Everyday, the Company makes more progress on putting that package together, including having talks with the FDA review team, coordinate the review with the third party radiologists, etc. There is a lot to update the public about during this period.
That's why there is a different approach to PR and appearances on MoneyTV, and conference calls, etc. Because there is actually something to update now.
