What is the consensus about this pr from the board here? I'm a little disappointed to say the least about this part:

The letter of intent for wowgreen International to acquire majority ownership of Green Bridge Industries has expired.

I see that too much in pennies...buyouts that never happen...I thought this one would be different.

On the other hand this new company seems to have some potential too.

Ultimately, do we go up from here or down? Not sure what the market will make of this news.
