Best way to play the PDT rule is buy and hold overnight...but if your position goes against you burn the daytrade and cut the loss...when you get around 5k you can join a prop trading firm and eliminate the PDT rule completely. I'd say if you're long ACDU for 100-200k shares, you'll have that $5k real soon.
