I don't think they will release any news until the lawsuit is over. Any positive PR's would be wasted until this is resolved. Does anyone know if the 4th is decision day by the courts, or continuing arguments?

If they can get relisted on the Canadian exchange, they have a great upside, especially with all the product they have on hand. IMO
