not much to make it......but to maintain it, now that is quite expensive when you are talking about a site like MSNBC. of course there would not be near as much traffic flow and news article as MSNBC, but you could maintain a comparable site like Q for the first year at about 250-1000 a month depending on what they had plans to do.
you best believe here tv's site costs them at least $500 a month to manage.
