judge is saying she isn't convinced that the debtor can't get the evidence they need w/out needing the 2004 discovery. Almost sounds like she's leaving the door open though...ie: if they can't receive the documents voluntarily or through FOI act...then perhaps. Is everyone hearing that the same way?
