Someone should also ask Putnam to whom e.Digital is disclosing material non-public information requiring e.Digital to file Reg FD disclosures and why.

As usual however, I doubt he would give an definitive answer, although he should at least acknowledge that there is a reason they had to file the disclosures.

I'd also like a definition of "hardware encryption" since there is no such thing - only digital data is "encrypted." I'm surprised that Atul (being an engineer) allows that claim to be publicly attributed to him.
