I agree this isn't the big boards, pink traders care about the float and o/s now, not in the future... Low float here, more eyes watching, this will go...
If this stock continues to rise, those potential shares will become actual shares. And they will all become float shares. I will continue to use 800 million as my denominator until I know otherwise. You do as you wish. I will make my own valuation of this stock.
