Oh, .02-.04 won't happen overnight,

and I'm basically saying that would be where it could pop to on a massive run, but IMO it'll stablize near .01 or .02 in February.

Most pennies do trade at a PE of 30 though when they start to move because of tons of speculation, so you never know.
