call and ask the SEC if the company is allowed to PR the share structure to their shareholders? Nothing is stopping them from doing so. As a matter of FACT, the SEC allegations state that they did not FILE. Sooooo FILE and we will all know.
SPNG said they would file by Oct. 16th....where is it?
