I think CPRK is in a world of hurt otherwise we would have heard something.

A sheriff's sale only comes with a court order based on a company to fail to pay or to oblige a contract. Who cares if it is old vs new equipment as it is something being forced on CPRK and it can't be good. We all knew Jan 10 was critical and the company never said anything to calm those fears plus all the other questions.

Then look at the how the stock price has reflected what is going on with CPRK in the last 60 days. It is right on unfortuneately.
