Remaining on the companies website is the claim to $50M in revs and $10M in earnings. Unaudited. Yes, but the number was $11 M in earnings back in August, and after the SEC got involved in their investigation the number was corrected to $10M. Now why didn't they change the $50M in rev's? Hmmmm, maybe because they are true? Then realize that the company put out a PR stating $70 M in orders for the first quarter of 2010. Yes. Not retracted as of today. Figure out that growth rate folks.
Another fact: SpongeBob product has been #1 on Amazon.com bath category for about three months now. Really. Odd for a scam, huh? Recently the new Dora the Explorer product was announced as ready for release and taking pre-orders. Today someone found the new Pink Panther product taking pre-orders. Hmmmmm, another fraud? Another scam product? Order the SpongeBob and find out just how real a scam product can be. Oh, and last month SPNG signed a new deal with Marvel for a new Spiderman product. and Hulk. And who knows how many other Marvel characters? All from this scam company. And another fact: SPNG was awarded the title Marketing Geniuses for getting rated #1 by Sports Business Journal....ahead of Gatorade, Budweiser, Coca Cola...on and on....from a SCAM? LOL.
