dude call your broker before you get on offensive.
I called TDA and they told me that they are not allowing anymore buys because the stock is paper traded and has to go through the TA before the shares are cleared.
now i dont know if or when it became paper traded or what. from what i understand nothing changed on the company side.
the thing is that its additional cost for brokers to execute the trade, so they dont want to be bothered with it. i think its a business derision on part of the broker.
i know its not a great thing that were blocked by some brokers, but its not the end of the world. things will get resolved and the pps will move accordingly. jorge just needs to make sure the doesnt get stupid and ef up the company... and i dont see that happening.
DTCC clearing is a total and utter Screwup on the part of You know who.
Flying blindly is why CXAC has done this to shareholders who ONLY use the brokers that will not trade the stock. Offshore traders have no issues or traders with a broker who is allowing executions.
Just another reason not to trust anyone in the penny game who does not have the "knowledge" or the "SEC attorney" regulating the companies "moves"
I have a letter from Etrade dated Sept, Etrade idiots sent it to me 3 months later as their EXCUSE to F me like Bravo has done to many.
