Everybody that thinks the DTC issue is not the problem is delirious. You can't buy shares of this at any of the three largest discount brokerages. It's going to be next to impossible for this to move up in price until those restrictions are lifted. I'm 10M shares long on CXAC before anybody calls me a basher.
