Hmmmmmmmm this Notice of Lis Pendens was filed on 8/4/2009 only DAYS before the huge spike that took the share price up to over 8 cents. Then a huge drop immediately afterwards...

Anyone think that M. Luiten may have bailed himself out during that pump?
