I hope they don't relesase the audited financials when they uplist and rather have the audited financials released seperately from the uplisting. I would think that they could have the audited 09' audited financials released as early as late January as long as they have everything readily available for the auditor so the audit goes smoothly.
All of the games that SDVI has released so far will have a big impact on retailers accepting SDVI's products in their stores. SDVI is building a history of how well they can meet demand for the games that they are publishing. I wouldn't be suprised if Wal-Mart put a Reader Rabbit game in US stores next year.
Rogue Trooper does look like it is going to be a good long-term seller. I'm pretty excited to see how well it sells compared to previous games like CORE and Black Sigil.
