RT is an easy interview. Once i start a topic, he goes with it and I have learned to shut up and listen, because he normally addresses all the information related to that topic.
I work with many business owners and CEO's and can normally tell which ones are full of it and which ones are not just fluff. From my three conversations with RT I believe he is the real deal and has good business sense.
