reading Dorsey Wright report this morning... seems like there is a new market timer guy that seems to be buying the bottom here.. In fact some would say he is the Worlds Greatest Market Timer. His name is Warren Buffett..<gg> Well in the past he was a pretty good timer..now he's buying some tech..some energy and some who knows what other stuff.. Of course he has structured deals that are secured by assets which we the average investor cant do...<sigh> Any opinions??
