Nice post.

I agree with everything but merger with RWE. Dennis should have addressed this in the PR today. IMO the merger with RWE is off.

I received an email today from Rick Armstrong stating the merger is not going to happen. RWE has plans to do a teaming agreement with behl and go public on their own in 2010.

I thought this information was accepted by the board as fact based on other poster's correspondence with RWE, but since you brought it up I thought I would respond.
