thx carjac for jumping in... been watching another stock that is 'in' right now... I still have a lot of shares here and am 100% behind this company... I love the potential of what the Disintegrator could do on a GLOBAL scale.

Thanks for your input carjac! Whenever I get a email for a vote I always think it's a R/S or something. Any worries for that with ASFX?

They are certainly wanting to cross all T's and dot all I's with the filing for uplisting.... everything done correctly will speed up the process and get the 'go' sooner..

If they had already been preparing for this, it could be sooner than we think... I'd love to see the announcement in conjunction with a juicy PR showing off the new and improved FDA needle destroyer.... along with additional orders....

I think it's coming!... jmo as always...

ASFX is not a "normal operating SEC registrant". There is nothing to indicate that they ever will be so any talk or attempted distraction of reality with this notion is rather shallow.
If you DD the history of ASFX you will discover they, like many among them, have uased this same promotional tactic before. This can be logically attributed to but one thing, to stimulate the sale of their shares. GLTY Dog
