1970 - min wage $1.60 gas .27-.30 gal. = 5-6 gal per hr.
2009 - min wage 7.25 gas 2.6 - ? = 2-3 gal per hr.

Nov. loss 41,000 manufacturing jobs $15 - $20 per hr
gained 30,000 temp serv. jobs = part time min wage
