Here's the story....A few years ago, TDA messed up on a divy BIGTIME!!!

They had to buyback the shares and it was a mess!!!

Since then, they made it their policy not to just issue a dividend until it has been fully scrutinized!

Other brokers don't care. They just put the divy in your account even if all the paperwork's not done yet.

That's basically what's happening here.

TDA is just being a pain because it's their policy! :-)
