Caused by the downward pressure of minor resistance at .01 and major at .012. .009 is IMO a fake wall on Level II set up by the MM's.
Of course they know that .01 is a psychological resistance level and lining up the ASK at .009 will make it look impossible for PPS to head higher, thus causing a lot of selling and thus we have fallen back.
