"We continue to be optimistic," said Paul Wilkinson, President of Everock,
Inc. / Nature's Peak about fulfilling this round of funding. "The initial sum
is a sign of good faith and that we are a company worth investing in."

Paul continued, "Our structure for financing is based on private equity
investment using our Preferred Shares. While we are aware of other types of
financing, it is our intention to continue our conservative approach and use
our Preferred Shares as a first choice.

"We have built a good product line and the market has said it's ready for us.
We expect the next capital round by Thanksgiving which will give us the
ability to resume full production and begin fulfilling the requests, back
orders and orders of our brokers and distributors."
