You didn't happen to notice the end date on the third quarter 10Q by any chance did you? Well that ended on Sept 30 and the E-bay thing was November 12. What quarter does that place the event into? Here is a clue: November is the fourth quarter and that is where any thing relating to the E-bay event will be filed. Simple huh?
