They made it sound like they were going to call a special shareholder meeting, but if not I will guess that it would be next board meeting. The reason for the split was to save capital gains for the BMI shareholder upon the aquisition with the conversion to Berkshire shares. The split itself may be part of finalizing the deal. I guess only time will tell.
