What court thing? I thought all that was over in 2002-3...

Still... I dont want to sound like im bashing on him ..but wouldnt it have been a good/logical idea to ask the attorneys before and not after releasing the PR??? ...it just gives the bashers out there another thing to use to keep the pps down...

I still feel that when all this dust settles that this company has a heck of a future but I am definately starting to feel that Mario doesnt really care what the shareholders think at this point and his eyes are very long term...
