This is just a gut feeling, but I would think that a major European drug company might be looking at DNAP.
The drop in the price on good news is typically a dirty trick either by surrogates of American companies that don't want to advance technologically or by stock manipulators, not investors.
Basically, if DNAP forces a shift in the business model of drug research from animal testing to human DNA-based, the cost will be in the billions of dollars. Never mind that 50,000 thousand plus lives would be saved each year. The other companies just don't care and don't want their current drug stream messed with.
