A 1 for 10 reverse split would take care of your $4 per share hangup, wouldn't it?

The bigger issue is the lack of a revenue stream. We go to no higher/better/more respected exchange without it. There will be NO MOVE TO ANOTHER EXCHANGE without a revenue stream.

IW2 - though i agree that it would great to have informal offers that were presented be revealed, a company has no obligation to reveal this unless its a formal offer presented to the board. unfortunately its never gotten to that point, otherwise i agree we would be much higher.
