I would continue to watch the t/a here if you are concerned with a r/s. I know that mgmt has said no r/s and blah...blah. The only thing I am watching is the t/a at this point. I think if mgmt were thinking of a r/s at the current time, you would see more shares since the a/s are not maxed out at this time. Also the o/s of about 670-680m or so is not non-manangable. I think with our current share structure a r/s is a little ways off. Lets just see if we see a pump of some kind into the EOY, also watch the t/a for o/s changes. Here's to hoping we have finally found the bottom here, but I would not hold my breath. The facts are we do NOT have the amount of buyers to meet the selling pressure. Per the t/a the o/s is NOT growing at this time. This is an indication IMO that a r/s is not about to occur, ask again in a few weeks, and if the o/s rises? Until then or we see a pump to dump the remaining a/s...AT THIS TIME...I am not concerned with a r/s, due to all the facts above. LC I am wishing you and all nibblers down here the best of luck flipping it. We know the PPS can move up and down very fast with this stock. Here's to hoping we finally see some UPward motion.
