I concur with Habs, alot has happend, now I want to see the next round of concessions being announced with AXIS/parent company being one of them that gets something. I think the NOC head is back to restore trust and faith into Libya as many liked working with him. I think he has a plan of action with helping Libya get the most from their oil to help grow Libya and of course to Line the pockets of a few people too. It's part of the game as with anyting. GO AXIS!!!
