Where don't you see that is the question. If this isn't a broken stock I dont know what is. I can pull out the chart and explain it if you like. I can't totally prove dilution, but in the pinks when a price gets bogged down under its own weight then in my eyes it should be assumed. Tell me one reason why they would increase the authorized shares a month before they start lining up press releases. I know 1 and 1 still make 2.
