I think we keep coming into this point that:
The stock is going down because day traders and "weak investors" are scared off today and they are selling out.
But as many people before me pointed out that the volume being sold now is way larger than the amount being bought.
I am a holder on this one, but nevertheless we have consider the possibility that maybe some large investors or insiders know what ordinary investors are not aware of.
Instead of saying stuff like "Oh, I'm a big boy who is not scared of anything; this is a buy time; anybody who is cashing out now is a whimp" We should focus more on something more tangible stuff, without speculations (even though we are investing on this company on speculation of the coming merger news...)

If this is a shake down, I believe the price would go up sharply right before the market close for shrewd investors who were dumping to drop the price to vacuum the floor at cheaper price. We will see.
