rude: I would think that internal politics would trump the need to be best friends with Intel.
I would think that testifying under oath would trump the need to tell the truth. These execs will be under a lot of pressure from lawyers, not Intel or Dell. They will have been grilled on their responses with respect to what they said in emails and won't want to be subject to politics when their a** could land in jail. this trial is going to take a lot of time out of their day.
