yes, any revs from todays PR would be in addition to what was stated. The 900K/week is already taking place and has been since 4th qtr. began.

This recent announcement with Globe Telecom is NOT in place yet from what I read. They PLAN to launch and did not say they HAVE launched...jmo...rock
