'TESLIN' It just goes on and on. Is this the never ending story? I sure hope our new CEO can pull this off ethically. I told him we need a free TA. That would lend some credibility to his newly acquire position. If you gag the TA you don't have transparency and you can't claim you do. So now let’s see what happens. I told him all it takes is a phone call. I asked him about filing a 15c211 and quite frankly (I may be wrong) I may be wrong but I don’t think he has ever heard of one. I guess he will have to get up to par. Oh by the way he does read the board but I forgot to ask if he posts on it.

The puzzle here for me is why Bailey gets involved with this company in the first place. In my opinion, given his background you would expect bigger things from a guy like this. You don't go from upper management at the Corporate Offices of Marshall's Clothing Store to running a Goodwill Store in Louisiana, so to speak.

So I have to keep asking myself was it a huge challenge with a pot of gold at the end, or is he part of a larger scam to defraud investors. To me it seems that if you run with dogs you are going to get fleas, and Mr Bailey I suspect has a bad case of the fleas.

I think it is pretty clear to see this was a pure pump and dump all the way, complete with a disposable CEO. This pump doesn't go nearly half as well if you don't have a guy like Dr. Bailey willing to hook his name to the company. A good investigator, armed with a few subpoenas and a search warrant would easily get the answers. Too bad that will never happen.

Good luck all.
