blash...The 60 min charts are all very OS..at some point they will need to reset..but as you say how high..Probably back to the 60 min 20MA's and possibly the 34MA's..Probably depend on the GDP numbers..And we have reached the Weekly 10EMA and daily 50 MA on a lot of stuff too..

If it reverses sometime today or tomorrow, I expect it to touch OEX 500 then either falls again or shoots up...

QQQQ and SPX both have reached their Weekly targets of the 10EMA...No lower targets yet on the weekly chart...
