What can you not grasp about what was done to the CMKX shareholders, it was illegal ?

maybe you think its ok for someone to rob your house ?

Take a close look at just how much corruption is taking place in the stock market an you will understand.
Now there is a class action for individuals who acquired Red Hat Inc between Aug 11, 1999 - Dec 6, 2000
If you purchased that particular stock as well as the other ones that are under litigation you are entitled to a settlement.
