kevin,

I would say no, it doesn't mean that. Here is why. In the SEC filings you will see MANY examples of Form 4 insider sells that came in way after transaction date. Here is an example of Hinton selling shares from March 24th through April 15th and filing came to the SEC on May 11th...I don't understand to be honest with you..rock

Kevinaok, about RB

Do yourself a favour and stay off of it. Or at least read with the awareness that 99% of the posters there regularaly are pumpers/bashers.

Don't assume one is better then the other. They are the same thing. A group of people there soley to confuse the public investors that go on there looking for answers.

Those one's there are just blatent. I mean c'mon. You think those people sitting there all day, making 50 posts a day about nothing, screaming with CAPS LOCK on, are public investors?

Here's some homework for everyone who is interested.
Look up the meaning of pumpers/basher. What they do, why they do it. Then take a look at places like RB

Anyways, the insider selling. There was insider selling, reported, not to long ago.
They are talking about this, or they are talking non-sense.
A bit of both.
The insider selling is already known. So is the insider buying
