Yeah..... at first glance it looks like he's mad. They didnt drill a oil well is one of his complaints.....I could cross reference everything he claims with SEC filings if you think I should but I dont think so yet and ...... It would take a few hours.... he may have a few valid complaints but I havent seen one yet..... He say the company didnt disclose the share structure but right here is the SEC filing paragraph that says it will not be impacted..... very interesting.....


"AMENDING THE COMPANY’S RESTATED CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION TO EFFECT A REVERSE
STOCK SPLIT OF ALL OF THE OUTSTANDING SHARES OF COMMON STOCK OF THE COMPANY AT A RATIO
OF ONE (1) FOR 100 (THE “ REVERSE SPLIT ”), WHICH SUCH REVERSE SPLIT WILL NOT IMPACT THE
COMPANY’S AUTHORIZED SHARES OR PAR VALUE."
