Yes, its precisely when the good PR comes out, I see again how the volume spikes but the price doesn't budge. Reminds me again this company is still diluting and there is still a huge problem of many shares out there.
I remember SHUE's rant on the GENTA(GETA) board. There SHUE was a little more optimistic. SHUE and TERRYMISIR arguing about a R/S all the time which evetually did happen. But GETA was almost bankrupt and even though GENASENSE was a winner, a R/S was imminent. BUT SHUE, I dont think that is the case here. EVFL = COmpnay With potential as it has an impact on a wider sample. You need to be a little more optimistic.
