Let's just approach the first big wrong assumption you have here.

RME is a company entity that Moskowitz uses to fund things. This same entity owns non-trading, restricted shares in SPNG.

Just because funds came from RME, doesn't mean they sold their shares in SPNG to do it. That is what you seem to be assuming, and that is utterly wrong.

As for your 'TA Report' that is just 3 letters from different attorneys which I have seen before. You are staking your rep on THOSE? Not a wise move.

Why would Spongetech even mention in the lawsuit that the funds to GetFugu came from their investment arm, RME, if there were potential problems with this?
