What I gather it's standard procedure. However there were rumors on this board and Yahoo's board that the 10k will be out the end of this week and or next week.

So who really knows any more.

My own personal opinion with no facts to support it whatsoever, is that it is a subterfudge, and that the 10Ks and reaudit will be out next week IMO
