Two timer - the reason there is low volume is because noone wants to sell.. the conventional wisdom is that the worse is over -- we are slowly getting out of a 2 year recession. Regardless if the recovery is going to be weak or strong, If you are holding an equity why would you want to sell now when things are improving . Because of this there is lack of sellers which can move a market up just as well as a influx of buyers.
