it will be simple to figure out what happened, if i can get the share structure status on a monthly basis from 2007 till this month. it will be hard, to get this. it is not simple to trace the share distribution, that was made available as a resource.

it, pps, will stop going up, as soon as volume stops chasing it, even if is tomorrow. right now, the volume is generating from buyers who are following the shorts who are covering.
this stock is doing a typical pink technical cycle.

Your post continues to indicate that the TRADEABLE float is VERY low !!!!!
The fact that 95 million shares can move the PPS by 65%
(while previously bought shares are being sold, as some of the posters shared,)
only keeps proving day after day that the float here is low.

It seems that the O/S is somewhere between 1-2 bill shares.
Dale then has about 5-10% of it. Now you say that 5 people have received a lot of shares.
I am certain that the now insiders + the company itself also hold many shares ............
Estimating from what the people here are saying (incl. those that are not posting)
there are probably about 200-300 million (probably more) shares intended to be held by various early investors for over a dime
(based by many on BIEL's or BEHL's recent runs)

Okay !!!!!!!!!! LOL .......... IMHO, we DO have a LOW tradeable float.
Therefore, after churning around a penny, we could be heading higher soon
and if the PRs will be as good as it seems that they will be (incl. the PR strategy by some very intelligent people)
this thing could run higher and sooner than anyone can phatom at this time ..... All IMHO

Heard the float was only 150 million. Could be true the way this moves...The O/S are 1.2 Billion
