Wow this has gotten nasty, I am not surprised to see GO MOSH displaying his arrogance and looking down upon a poster for having what he deems as too few shares. Also for the lack of financial support of his "cause".The person who attacked me from the get go, trailblazer, now tries to inject so common sense(bird in the hand style) and is lambasted at every turn.As a group you are in shambles as greed and disappointment are the only two emotions being displayed.Some here did not deserve this fate,while others set them up with false hope, long winded diatribes of hot air and a plea for their money so that the cause could line the pockets of others.Congratulations to all the outspoken know it all's who knew nothing,and attacked all who questioned their certainty on all issues MOSH related.You did real well GO MOSH!!

boxter, a few know what happened behind the scenes; you don't, and you showed it with that post. It didn't take many private messages from you, to know that you were long on confidential questions and non-existent on contributions to the cause, both monetary and non-monetary.

You were jetisoned because of your insistance that you et al deserved non-public information, simply because you DEMANDED it; and I can copy/paste proof of your greedy intentions if you press me.

AND, you never could come to grips with the fact that the options were totally eliminated for us non-litigating mass of unitholders, once that the plaintiffs were put on their knees by the recusal fact issue that ended up getting our judge removed from another Houston case.
