hey jooooey, boy do i agree with you,

no down side as far as i am concerned with having a "shell" ready and waiting for the next small company to go public. with an in house a/s of 750,000,000 shares and their holders reeady to light up the next best idea since pbr's, go behl.

here's an idea as well, how bout the current stockholders of behl form a company JUST to make food grade algae for distribution. i know of a clean shell that is almnost ready for takeover and will be available quite soon.

last i counted there were 472 registered BEHL holders and i am sure the work load could be divided up equitably where no one would have to be there more than a couple of weeks a year.
several have already committed on paper they would be willing to do leg work, sales work, yard work, i myself am pretty good at plumbing or concrete or just being a cheerleader or or etc...hmmm i may have to give this a much closer look.
