As much as everyone hates lawyers, it is still only the fear of lawsuits that prompted the recall and that will save many in the same situation as the elderly person you mentioned fwiw.
You know- the last comment you made about them pulling it early? That dawned on me too.. At first I had Zeevs attitude that they realized it, did the right thing, and in the long run would make them look much better..
Then I came to my senses and realized heck- these are the same criminals who rape and steal from us every day with insane salaries and bonuses, political pressure to perpetuate the billion dollar empire they created at our expense, and you can bet they have a serious issue on their hands if they decided to make this move.
I certainly dont trust ANY of these criminals as far as I can spit.. but it sure filled my heart with warmth watching the scumbag institutions try and fit their way out the door as the stock just kept shedding point after point. That was sweet : )
Speaking of criminals and slime of the earth- grab a beer and pull up a chair- this debate should be a real laugh tonight.. : )
Maine, I've known of lots of people that have dropped dead from a heart attack without previous problems, lots of people drop dead every day that way, seems pretty flimsy hangin' the hat on the drop dead theory, BWDIK. In our litigious, pass the responsibility buck society, anything could happen, including MRK going TU.
