motivations

---------
I wish you all good luck in whatever your decision is and leave you with this...have you noticed the number of naysayers these past couple of days? Much more than our normal two or three "regulars." Well folks, they are not here to save you from losing your money.
---------

I'm here because I feel like management has pulled the rug out from under me with that ffffing reverse split and it's therapeutic to point out real problems - lack of clarity concerning the OS, etc etc...

Watching 47K evaporate in 2 days will do that to a fellow.

Some here will be on the fence and wondering if now is the right time to dive-in. I think it's helpful to tell them to wait until Sept 23 after the RS - there's a good chance the stock will be a "better buy" on that day.

and, I've certainly been entertained... sometimes I feel the obligation to give back :)

then again, some of us just love to "see ourselves type"...

No BS,

Another keeper. My faith has not been shaken. Still long though I have flipped a few times and have managed to increase my share count, reduce my cost basis, and lessen my capital gains for the tax man (postponed is probably the better term).

Good night,

- They do a two or three day pump job after having already bought their shares. They are good and sometimes pump the stock perhaps from .01 to .05 or so in those couple of days. Once they are convinced they have enough true "sheep" on the hook, they sell into all the buys and are never heard from again. They simply move on to the next company. These pumps are usually associated with several stock promoters being paid to pile on the "sheep dip."

- That simply does not happen here. Soapy has never pumped a thing. z4, carpe, opus, spino, and many others, along with myself to an extent, are avid shareholders who still believe there are good days ahead despite the current 10K fiasco. I assure you, if you have ever seen a true pump, you would know these people are not pumpers in any way, shape, or form. Do they want you to hold and buy? Of course!! The stronger the SH base, the better odds the SP continues to rise.
---------------------------------------------------------

the only way you would know that is if you were them and doing it as well.

Very few were real longs, MAYBE one or two others besides me. Most were pumpers and bashers that flipped back and forth as needed.

Am I still holding? Yes.

I could have taken profits several times, but stubbornness prevented me from doing such.

I am happy with it, so as long as I am happy with SPNGE why would anyone else CARE.

They are acting just like one would expect with the situation.

That is why you can predict what is going to happen next. Such as trading halt, blah blah blah, this has been done before. now we just have a reg sho list and other neat things.
