That is a lot of trades into the bid. Perhaps someone is concerned about tomorrow's (anticipated) earnings or the lack of any conference call announcement.

Wrong! It was a planned transfer of shares on the open market. There was a large retail buyer on the bid and HDSN jumped in front of that player to get the shares. The MMs knew it was coming.

Not much to worry about at only 200K or so.
